FENCE STAINING/PAINT COLORS:

  • All cedar perimeter fences are to be painted Sherwin Williams Quinoa 9102 (formerly Kwal Bramble Tan). All open rail fences are to be painted Sherwin Williams Moderate White 6140 (formerly Dutch Cream).

  • PERIMETER FENCES WHICH ABUT MAJOR ROADWAYS (Dillon Road, 88th St and Cherry St): SW Quinoa 9102 (formerly Kwal Bramble Tan)

  • OPEN RAIL FENCES THAT ABUT THE GOLF COURSE:  Sherwin Williams Moderate White 6140 (formerly Dutch Cream).

  • ALL OTHER FENCES: Natural/clear cedar tones

  • Both colors are available from Sherwin Williams.  Please refer to Coal Creek Ranch at Sherwin Williams on 670 US-287

Notes:

1) All fences require a building permit from the City of Louisville and CCR AC approval before construction begins.

2) Double fences are not allowed.

3) Fencing that is adjacent to public spaces (streets, HOA ground, golf course, open space, etc.) must have the finished side facing the public space.

4) 6’ high privacy fencing that attaches to a 48” golf course fence must be stepped down as per Figure 3 below.

The Little Library is open and looking for book donations! Please drop off books for any age at the Little Library located by the clubhouse.
